April to June: These months constitute the summer season in Corbett and sometimes the average temperature can rise up till 40 degree Celsius during the daytime. Although it is hot but this is the best time to spot animals including tigers in the park.
Corbett National Park remains closed during the monsoons. All zones of Corbett Tiger Reserve are closed for night halts by visitors from 15th June to 15th October.
Corbett Tiger Reserve remains closed from July to October as the monsoon season approaches during these periods. It is so because the roads inside the park get washed away due to rain. Note: Jhirna, Dhela, and Sitabani tourism zones remain open throughout the year for tourists.
